Some dumbass writer said that Rutgers should consider hiring Hazell as the new offensive coordinator. I think this guy ought to be shot.
As bad as Hazell was, I was surprised to see so many people lined up to get his autograph after the spring game. What do people see in this guy? Now some writer is suggesting he would be worthy of a coordinators position. Some dumbass writer said that Rutgers should consider hiring Hazell as the new offensive coordinator. I hope it happens. We play Rutgers next year. It would make a win at Rutgers sweeter.
lol hazell was never an offensive coordinator. Its like when Oregon hired Hoke to be DC...Some dumbass writer said that Rutgers should consider hiring Hazell as the new offensive coordinator. I think this guy ought to be shot.
Except Hoke actually has a track record of being a good coach outside of his mediocre turn at Michigan.lol hazell was never an offensive coordinator. Its like when Oregon hired Hoke to be DC...
Hokes career record prior to Michigan was 47-50. Now granted he didn't inherit good programs....but that was a pretty poor resume for an elite program hire like Michigan.Except Hoke actually has a track record of being a good coach outside of his mediocre turn at Michigan.
right. I just think there is a lot more merit to hiring Hoke as a DC than Hazell as an OC given their career pathsHokes career record prior to Michigan was 47-50. Now granted he didn't inherit good programs....but that was a pretty poor resume for an elite program hire like Michigan.
Interesting Hoke's predecessor (Dickrod) had a really good resume prior to being hired by Michigan.....but still failed miserably.
Definitely agree.right. I just think there is a lot more merit to hiring Hoke as a DC than Hazell as an OC given their career paths

He should go back to Ohio State at coach receivers again. They have so much talent at that position coaching them will only screw them up. If he does that for a few years he can probably go back to Akron and get his old job back for more then a year. Sorry Hazell, suffering from post haze stress syndrome PHSS ( pronounced PISS)Some dumbass writer said that Rutgers should consider hiring Hazell as the new offensive coordinator. I think we should all move on and wish our former coach well. Unfortunately for all sides, his success at KSU did not carry over to Purdue. Going forward, it is in our interest that he lands a high paid position so our buyout is reduced. Also, it should be in our Interest to show class and not kick someone when they have fallen down.
This man essentially stole money from Purdue and took away then enjoyment from the fan base and you want to wish him well? You are a better man than me. I would take your position if Mr. Hazell would terminate the balance of the contract. If he did that, then I would have some respect for him and wish him the best.I think we should all move on and wish our former coach well. Not to mention improve our in state recruiting to fold by his subtraction here and his addition there. Was hoping that IU would hire Hazell, then we would have a guarantee win next year and finally bring the bucket back to WL.
And lets not trip DH while he is carrying liquids..............I think we should all move on and wish our former coach well.
