needs to play more. I don't like the trend of Biggie fouling out every game. If Haas had a few more minutes, I think Biggie stays out of foul trouble.

Bryant is good (hard for me to say) He goes right around Haas. Bryant loved that match-up

Haas wasn't playing well and Bryant is a terrible matchup for him because he can't cover him away from the basket.
I'd rather let TB shoot from outside. I know he hit a few tonight, but I rather he play on the arc than inside where we had nothing for him.

Haas has to get his game back in order to play more. But tonight, he was going to foul out even if they had to make one up.

The last few games Haas is taking jump hook shots without his feet properly set. He is contorted with hips in one direction and shoulders in the other..yet goes up from that position anyway. All he needs to do is get his footwork back in order....the shot will then follow.

Biggie wouldn't have fouled out if the refs hadn't choked on the double foul. That was clearly a charge. You are also right that Haas needs to look at some old tapes and go back to the shots that worked for in the past. Clearly leaving shots short.

When Haas can make at least one out of three four-foot shots, then he should play more .... tonight, we gave him every opp and he missed most ... I love the kid, hate the play.

The "trend" has far less to do with Biggie than it does bad calls made against him...he had two horrible foul calls against him on Saturday, and two more tonight...THAT is what the issue actually is.

What are you talking about? Bryant went around him once. Another big man tried it and went out of bounds. Opponent's layups are cut in half when Haas is in the game.

Haas is out of rhythm due to either injury or lack of playing time for a problem not seen in games. Position wise, he works well on O and D with Caleb.

Unless Haas is injured, he needs to be playing 30 minutes per game. In the last game, he looked confident feeding the players at the 3 point line. He needs to redo his moves to the basket. On D he needs to be more aggressive going to the ball on rebounds and blocks.

Being in the sweet 16 would be nice, but the one player who can turn it up a notch or two and help get us to the final 4 is Haas.

I get what you're saying but I still think some of the more mobile bigger men like Bryant give Haas fits. He has trouble staying with them inside and outside, and I think that will never change with his bulk . I think the other teams tend to get more offensive rebounds when he is in there too.Yes I love when many players go inside against him and just his presence makes them miss. It's almost comical to watch. I do think we are so good when Haas is on his game, since we give the other teams problems then with match-ups. He really wasn't this last game and there may be a reason as you alluded to. Glad he's on out team and not on the others because he is such a unique commodity for us.

Shot selection needs work. When he does take good shots he seems to be off balance lately. He could really help the team by learning to pass better out of a double team.

I like Haas, but I don't think that he's a 30 minute per player, plus I think that Vince has been much better at the 4 than the 3, so Painter has 3 very good players sharing 2 positions.

he needs to go back to trying to dunk. zero dunks against crappy iu. he had a stretch of a few games where he was agressive to the basket and awesome. since then hes been a cream puff.
