I have not been harassed by anyone you right on here and whoever you are seem to want answers and what I have said you seem not convinced who I am and it's ok you feel that way but im gonna keep it moving.
If I banned people indescriminately you would have been axed after the many complaints I've received about you. Troll, IU poser etc.
Are you a mod? Seems a little harsh to threaten to ban a long time poster for asking a harmless question.
It's cool he has that right to wonder who I am or if I'm the person I claim to be I'm not gonna convince him otherwise and I'm not gonna try. What I no is this im ready to see my son play in that black and gold uniform this season. That is who I am a proud mother of a son who worked his but off in the classroom and on the court to get full scholarships to go to college and he chose purdue bcuz of the amazing fan base the academics and the culture of a team that he wanted to be apart of a program on the rise that will be contenders to compete for a big 10 title and national championship. So you want to no who I am a mother of a child who is a freshman On this purdue basketball team and a mother who is very proud he chose purdue to attend schools. But now I may have a change of thought but I'll deal with it.
I'm guessing the "many complaints" come from a certain group of about 5 or so posters who label anyone an iu troll they don't agree with. For the record I am a purdue fan, my name is a play on that weird johnnyboiler poster who seemed to be an iu fan and would type lolololol over and over again.
I don't remember a name i just no the exhibition game that was held at Lafayette HS a man approached me bcuz I had my son #20 jersey on and he recognized me bcuz of that talked briefly than he went to his seat. I texted a poster who wanted my opinion on recruiting bcuz he has a daughter who plays basketball and really good so I gave that poster my email with my number and we never talked on phone but we did text conversation. Only 2 I've been in contact with. As I said b4 I'll be at most of my son game I'm friendly and approachable you more than welcome to walk up and say hello if you see me.
Hey I'm ok with that person wanting to no who I am and it is a harmless question and to answer that question I'm a mother on a board who child is a freshman at purdue on the basketball ball team who mom is just proud of her son like some of you who may have kids and a mother who can't wait to see her son play at Mackey arena and would have been excited to be in the stands with you fans cheering purdue on not so sure now but I take the good with the bad when being on this board. Still happy he chose purdue and I no most on here are true fans and the few who aren't hey all the best too you.

For the record, I don't think anyone is doubting who Treed says she is and she has been welcomed here by almost everyone.
But think about what you're threatening here. You're apparently saying any anonymous poster doubting the validity of another anonymous poster is subject to being banned by another anonymous poster.
And where are all of these continuous examples of harassment you speak of? If you're referring to my question - is it not a valid concern? I know if I were a coach of a P5 team I would not be real thrilled that a parent of one my players was providing any info on an anonymous public board. Valid concern, no?
And just a tip - you might want to lay off the mountain dew.
yes last year after a couple fo days practice he was in a boot. I talked to him at some event last year. he said he was okay adn he would be fine...we know how it ended. Really feel for the kid...and for the team if he can't go or has to baby it all year...
It's all good sir and no one should be ban for an opinion or asking questions. Only problem I have is what have I shared on this board parent or not that was so bad Stating something that shared with me about an injury that we all was concerned about. What else have I shared that puts the players or coaches business out there. Most of what I have shared on here is about other things basketball related opinions rather than any personal information about players coaches or what goes on in their locker room. I shared only that information bcuz what I read and what was being said on this board I felt wasn't totally accurate I asked those who I can contact to clear my mind about that situation bcuz it also made me concerned about my son health due to the fact my son had broken his ankle 2 years ago and wanted to no was he being monitored bcuz of his history with similar injury and once I got the information they shared with me I shared with you to try to help ease some of your minds as well as mine that he was ok and it's was for precautionary reasons he was in boot. Just for whatever reason it went that topic went haywire and got out of hand. So you don't have to worry about me sharing anything anymore about nothing from this point on. Good day all I'm about to spend time with my son.
You haven't been banned so assume those complaints didn't meet the requirements. Doesn't mean you won't be and messing with a player's parent would be automatic.
Nothing was meant to worry you. But you post for free and the guidelines are what they are.
We all post for free it's a free board and I welcome everybody's opinions why there is free speech in this country. I get no free pass bcuz I happen to be parent of a player on the team. there is nothing On this board that is said to me or about me that I can't handle. I welcome a good debate and differences of opinions that we all share in common. This thread has taken an interesting turn. You know, I've been wondering who the hell you are? Are you really JohnHoosier? Maybe, maybe not??? Inquiring minds want to know. So far the evidence seems positive. You do make the same dumb posts, so I am inclined to think you might be who you say you are... but hard evidence is hard to come by. We will know more tomorrow.

At this point I'm just curious who else Purdue can get. Another pg, or a sf? This has been one of the most interesting off seasons I can remember, with the U of L and other college paying athletes, and the WUG's. Not to mention getting the recruits we were aiming for early on(for the most part.) Shoot, we even have a watchable football team again.

What happened to the Haarms conversation? I am one who is really excited to see this miniature (in talent) Porzingis play. He could be a total X factor, 7'3 forward who can stretch the floor.. could be a dominant rim protector, elite rebounder, great all around post player, for all we know.
He needs the confidence at this point, because it's almost all but certain that he's going to be getting some quality minutes this year with JT out an extended period, possibly whole year again. Even if it's only a month, I would imagine there coaches easing him in the rotation, but if Purdue is rolling with the rotation they have, do they even play him at all?

Arguing about identity is nothing of consequence. I get that being made hall monitor of a free board is the biggest accomplishment of your life, but you are coming off very ignorant threatening to ban posters for nothing. You are even being laughed at on the national board. I'm sure I will be banned for posting this, but maybe it will knock you off your high horse.
