Stopped by a pop up in a parking lot called Good Rancher steaks in Plainfield that had been recommended by a few coworkers I know well. We’ve had good luck with Sitka Salmon Shares so I figured I’d give them a try as they seemed to have at least good word of mouth reviews and a similar-sounding business model. Bought a box of various steaks that looked...ok. Was ready to go and had been waiting in line so I didn’t scrutinize too much. Anyway, I get home later and read consensus bad reviews.
Not a crippling financial loss but has anyone had these and cooked them? Should I work on returning them before I open anything up?
