you have a great team and a great university. But I'm biased since my grandfather was a Purdue alum (1939, engineering, what else would it be?)

What Kansas does well:
1. Score. Self says this is his best offensive team (I would disagree but). #10 in FG% and #5 in 3FG%, #5 in Pomeroy efficiency
2. Rebound. #31 in country +4.6/per. #44 in allowing offensive boards which Purdue does well.

What Kansas does poorly:
1. FT. #269. Has been terrible the entire regular season. So far 31-35 (89%) in tourney.
2. Turnovers. Selfs teams have always ranked poorly in TO. #227. They don't let you steal it (#38 in opponent steals) but they will throw it away. Esp in transition.

Thanks for your thoughts. If the refs call a good game this one could come down simply who exicutes. I don't think I am alone with the belief that if Purdue could two halves together of their best ball they could take anyone down. When they are good they can be scary good but at times went into scoring droughts. My other half graduated from Kansas so she thinks the game is already over. I hope she ends up shocked. Now I would never ever wish anyone to get hurt but if that Jackson kid came down with the flu (the bad one) it would not break my heart.

Thanks for your post and I wish I could give you a Good Luck. However, we need it more... :)

Be nice if we could borrow Dorothy's ruby red slippers for a few hours even if they match iu's jersey.

Thank you for stopping by and for the brief KU scouting report; glad you mentioned your grandfather too!

In case you've never seen his yearbook or senior portrait, you should be able to find him here:
