One, PSU QB slides, giving himself up, only to be hit late in the slide.

Two, the UW defensive player comes in, leading with the crown of his helmet, hitting PSU QB helmet to helmet.

It's sheer incompetence that doesn't throw a flag there. Those officials are dumb@sses.
