I’m not one to complain too much about the refs. However, anyone notice that they have been off with spotting the ball today? Every play MSU is getting an extra yard.

Only thing I can see is trying to setup a play for later and if it worked on first down, all the better. That’s a misdirection that has been on film now for 3-4 games

Bend don’t break D. Make the new QB prove he can sustain a drive and don’t play too aggressive and get burned for easy TD. Wait for the new qb to make an error. .
This is exactly what I thought our D and Holt would do.

Charmin Soft pass coverage against a QB in his first start and one of the worst receiving corps in the Big 10 (best WR tore Achilles, 2nd best has broken hand, 3rd best is a DB)

If you guys hired a decent defensive coordinator you’d probably be pretty good.
