It looks as though the weather will be cold but the rain will stay away until the evening up in East Lansing. ESPN’s FPI dropped a little again overnight and is now Michigan State at 56.4% (down from 57.1%).

Sowards also appeared to injure his foot. That would be a big loss for MSU.

I hate the love affair w/ the GD fade passes. the announcer on the iu game last night said go w/ slants and ditch the low % passes like a fade

Only thing I can see is trying to setup a play for later and if it worked on first down, all the better. That’s a misdirection that has been on film now for 3-4 games
