The 1981 Whiting team was an amazing story led by a Gary Meyer. I believe they were undefeated in 1 class Indiana basketball before they lost in the Regional final to Dan Dakich, Jim Bullock and Andrean. I saw in today’s paper Meyer passed away, reason why I’m bringing this up is because I wanted go give condolences to his brother who posts on this forum, not going to call out his name, if he wants to do that he can. Your brother was one helluve Coach, sorry for your loss buddy!
