Don't have Haas hedging out high on the pick and roll! L'vile is a well coached team and just like Nova, their goal will be to get Haas and Biggie on their heels defensively away from the bucket and then drive right into them drawing fouls. Haas shouldn't go within 10 feet of the FT line or the elbow. Basically, he shoudl play a 1 man zone under the bucket. UL isn't a good shooting team. Don't help them! Make them shoot jumpers instead of just driving and drawing fouls (again, just like Nova did).
Then, on offense, make them pay for double teaming and collapsing the paint. Our shooters are playing with a lot of confidence and if we can hit 3's again at a good rate, Biggie and Haas should dominate the paint offensively.

Coach Painter is smarter than Nag gives him credit for. He will play off of most of Louisville's perimeter shooters as Mitchell, Snyder and Adel haven't shown an ability to consistently make shots yet this year. Louisville is much more dangerous on the offensive glass than they are on the perimeter.

ya we do not need to be chasing these guys around screens. They only have two guys that are decent shooters. The rest I will happily watch shoot pull up jumpers.

...and if Purdue shoots threes and misses...those are run out opportunities. Careful with the passes, but Purdue wants close shots as much as possible to set D. Obviously Purdue will get open looks on the perimeter and they need to shoot better than they did against Cincinnati in that gym. I think U of L depth inside is a concern and unlike Auburn I think U of L forces contact looking for bailouts on the drive. that said, I haven't watched U of L and just going off gut speculation myself
