It’s very simple as has been pointed out by another poster, if Zach can get paid more while at Purdue vs a g league or Overseas contract he would swing to Purdue. If he can make more money as a Covid player at Purdue than elsewhere why wouldn’t her do it?

I may be mistaken but I'm pretty sure Zach has commented in an interview that he'd never play college ball anywhere but Purdue and alluded to how ridiculous he thought it was that HD took a payday elsewhere (sorry, no link). There are plenty of reasons that he'd go pro after this year other than just money, but trust and relationships matter.

That is the infamous COVID year..... '20-21......essentially did not count toward years of eligibility. He would be eligible to play '24-'25.

Nothing new. I am sure iu fans are excited by their roster and promising new guys and once again, this summer, believe they will be Conference Champs.

In all honesty, do we really care what someone's major is? Or whether they actually ever step foot in a classroom. Most, especially in the new transfer era, are there to play hoops and win. Academics is second or third on the list.
