Feeling nostalgic, I miss the on campus NCAA games.

Final 4 on a campus (Jimmy V) was a bit before my time, but as a kid it was fun to see a game in an on campus gym with unique court paint. It would be campus most of the first round, NBA arenas for the Regionals, a dome for the 4.

Also as great as it is to have 3-4 networks carry the tournament, 1 game at a time for the first two games stunk. 8:40 was too late for a Milwaukee tip.

Yeah....that's CBS negotiating to get sole coverage....it would be better if they could have moved a couple of games into those early slots. On the flip side, it's great to have access to all the games and not having to "hope" the game you want is in your area.....then waiting for the "live" look-in.

I was there when we won to go to the elite 8 with big dog. It was nuts on campus. My senior year. I miss it

I love most of your post RW, but COME ON MAN! How can any Purdue fan say that. We got burned at LSU and Memphis with teams that could have gone to the FF.
