Faux News' Jesse Watters' Friend Got DOGE'd

Do Musk's kids have clearance to even to even see what these people do who they're firing ? Musk does massive business in China. How many of his boys have Chinese contacts? Do you know? Does trump know? Do we just take Elon's word for it that his staff can be trusted?

Musk has no choice but to do business with China because of the electric car industry. In fact, ALL car manufacturers are doing business with China because China has cornered the market on many of the rare Earth minerals needed for making the batteries.

Stop believing in fake smears of people.

Talk to me when they realize that it was a mistake and re-hire ALL of the thousands of federal workers back.
This is the funniest post yet!

Serious question: If not Musk, who do you think is the most qualified person or people to make the determine on where cuts are to be made?
The cabinet is happy that Musk is bringing them valuable data. This is all expected. No surprises at all with the reactions. Meanwhile the debt clock is adding quickly large sums of money. Sacred cows be damned . Addressing the problem of cutting bloat and/or fraud or waste has to be done and it scares people and is fertile ground for the media to share it’s bias

I trust the most successful businessman in the world's decision-making over federal employees who think gender operas and trans awareness in 3rd world countries is a good use of US taxpayers money.
Lol. Because all federal employees believe in those things and have the power to make them happen.

You exist to make ridiculous generalizations because it's the only way you can justify your positions.

The most successful businessman in the world thinks he can treat the federal government like one of his businesses, taking actions on a whim and giving directives like a king.

Demanding every federal employee tell him what they did the last week or be fired is just one example. What a maroon. Now twist yourself into a pretzel trying to tell me that's the way it works in the private sector.

That's not the point and you know it. It's not about doing business with China. It's that all his people are working without security clearances with access to sensitive data. Who are these people? You simply trust Musk, the largest civilian contractor in our country who has been given the keys to the machine. You railed against Biden members doing business with China but have no problem with an unelected, unsupervised, unvetted businessman and his team of the same given free reign to do whatever they want with our government.

Now you can again repeat how we funded transgendered bake sales in the Sudan as some kind of defense. Stop deflecting.

Most people do not understand how the Dept of Defense is organized. We have two armies. We have two navies. And we have two air forces.

The deployable units are numbered. The non-deployable units do not have numbers. Here's the difference - the 82nd Airborne is at Ft. Bragg, NC, but this time next month they may be in Somalia or Taiwon or maybe Greenland 😁. All the 82nd does is train to deploy and fight or actually deploy and fight. But this time next month Walter Reed Army Medical Center – a non-numbered activity – will still be in Wash DC.

The same is true of the Navy and the Air Force. Every US Navy ship has a number – it’s already deployed unless it’s in home port. The 122nd Tactical Fighter Wing in Fort Wayne Indiana might be in Finland next week. Wright-Pat AFB in Dayton ain’t going anywhere.

So cutting Defense requires two entirely different mindsets. How many and what type of combat units do we need, and how much administrative support to they need? Do we still need paratroopers at all? Ever since Nam, we have delivered and removed soldiers to/from battlefields via chopper.

On the administrative side, DOD is vastly overstaffed. I have seen it first-hand for over two decades and there is 50-75% bloat in these agencies.

Musk is finding situations (and there's a lot of them in the federal govt) where 5 employees are doing the work that 1 could do. Or entire departments with huge budgets can't justify the value they're delivering for the money they receive. That's called bloat and waste. Musk is eliminating it.

And as far as the email about telling him what they did last week. Some employees never even opened it! I'm guessing a lot of them never opened any email because they were never being held accountable. Well, not they're on the unemployment line. Life is tough.
