Must be a lot of Crystal Balls out there, quite a few people bringing up every different kind of scenario with the new Coach! Seems like a good hire to me. The guy is our coach, time to support him and see what he can do!

People were disappointed with the Tiller hire and most people seemed happy when Hazell was hired. Initial reactions don't mean much.
