Even coach Chris Collins was getting away with fouling our players.

If that was a T, is it 1 or 2 FTs? Not sure what the score was at that time.

Big Ten said 0. Zip. Zilch after massive amounts of videos on the Rutgers player tripping TJD. What makes anyone think they will do anything now?

Loyer should have shoved him or swung on him. That would have made them stop the game play to review what happened. This would have caused them to see Collins on the floor touching a player.

Side note - why are coaches allowed a box to be on the floor at all? Isn’t that what the sideline is for? Instead of having some arbitrary box that no ref enforces, use the sideline as the enforcement point. Have a group of officials in a box at corporate who see real time game flow. They can issue the techs that are assessed at media timeouts.

I don't think Collins intended to make contact with Loyer, but I would think that any uninvited contact, intentional or not, would be a technical (if seen by a ref).

For not wanting to make contact his timing of making contact was perfect.
He slowed Loyer down for just a second and threw the timing of the play off.

Not sure about a suspension but seriously... WTF is collins thinking? Would like to hear his "explanation" or reasoning to why he is allowed to be holding a Purdue player there.
I'd like to hear what Loyer has to say. But CMP wouldn't allow it. Just like Zach not wanting to spew his vitriol about what happened to him. "Shut up and take the pain".

Collins needs to be pressed about this. Something tells me he would give a Roger Clemens-esque "I thought it was the ball" answer.

There is no limit to my loathing of all things Duke.

Given his past lies, I imagine he'd claim he was defending himself from a vicious Fletch elbow and needed to get stitches because of it after the game: Collins lies about Pardon injury
