I took JS's point to be that Europe, not the US in any way, was responsible for two world wars that the US eventually entered, drastically changing the balance of power against Germany and its pathetic allies in each case.

And now, much to your delight, Europe has another war that you and other virtue signalers think the US should be involved in even though Ukraine is not a NATO country and the US is not threatened with invasion by Russia or any other country.

Yeah, that's what he meant. Over a million casualties defending Europe. F Europe. It was simply a history lesson, no offense intended.

Germany, not Europe, was responsible for the two world wars........ except for Japan, which Europe had nothing to do with.

The US wasn't threatened by Germany either. But if they had taken Great Britain and gotten the bomb first with their advanced missile technology, they would have eventually threatened us........and an ocean wouldn't have stopped them Donald.

The continental US WAS threatened by Japan. If just a few decisions and lucky circumstances were different at Midway, our west coast would have been wide open with no carriers to stop Japan.

Whatever. We don't need anybody else. No allies. No trading partners, we have everything we need.
