Daniel Penny, American Hero.

I would have lost all hope in the judicial system had he been convicted. He should never been brought to trial in the first place.
So I hear he now faces a Civil Case.
Why can't he turn it around and sue the family or the public agencies, of the man that was killed.
The family abandoned this man. Left him homeless, caused Perry to protect public passengers.
The same could be said about society, which in cases like this are no better than the family, that abandoned an individual in need.
Now they want to collect on his death.
This all caused Perry to lose a year plus of his life.

Hopefully this civil case is never brought to court. I’m with you as Penny should start to sue people too. It really does sicken me to see that we’ve become such a litigious society. The ridiculous court cases some win just blow my mind.

it's always a money grab from these families who could care less about their 'loved one' until it's time to cash in. They're listening to the race hustlers like Rev Al (who I'll be you a $1 was at the press conference).

should have ended much sooner. Saw a black guy on TV saying "Now they are choking us." and you shake your head and are thankful the guy doesn't have to think to breathe or he would be dead.

Those were the NY BLM "leadership" who were huffing and puffing in front of the camera. Just race hustlin....

Of course it should have been brought to trial. He killed a man with his bare hands who had no weapon. Just because the jury came up with the correct verdict doesn't mean it it wasn't a valid charge.

Poor Bob, such the bleeding heart lib.

Just like Kyle Rittenhouse, we should be thankful there are people like Daniel Penny who are willing to show courage in the face of danger, put themselves in harms way, neutralize the threat and protect the innocent.

No he didn't. Dude was alive when the cops got there. You're such a fake news stooge.
He had a faint pulse and died at the hospital. That's what the fake news reported correctly. That makes Penney responsible for his death. You obviously have an issue understanding the law and would prefer to fall back on your fake news excuse.

Why do you always side with the perp? The dude had a rap sheet of over 40 arrests... what benefit was he to society?
Sorry the guy died but if you're going to threaten to kill people, you better be ready for someone to take the threat seriously.

And now the state or the city will be paying off the family in some way just like the George Floyd case. Probably prove not enough security in some ridiculous way on the subway. They will get some insane amount.

Did they report the toxicology and medical conditions? Can't imagine how it came back not guilty according to you!

Wait, someone who has been arrested a few times deserves to be killed? Would you say the same thing about the health insurance executive whose decisions have quite literally killed people?

Either way, we need to stop rewarding vigilantes for taking the law into their own hands.

Why do you preach law and order except when it comes to your own people?
You want to have a conversation about some of the J6ers getting punishments that were too harsh? Fair enough. But you are on record saying they all should be pardoned, even the ones that clearly and without any doubt committed serious violence against law enforcement.

Your opinions about who should or shouldn't be held responsible for their actions are based on your politics. Period. You've stated many times in the past that people who resist the police get what they deserve........except when they're your people. My opinions are based on the law. I didn't take the side of the "perp". A man died at the hands of another under unique circumstances. A jury found him not guilty and I agree. The system worked. The same system you want to burn down because it doesn't always suit you. Tough sh/t.

A few times? Try like, over 40.....What positive contribution was he making to society?

If he's on the train, threatening to kill people, when is the right time to take action? Is it after he starts shooting or stabbing to make sure he wasn't bluffing? At what point should the threat be neutralized?

When law enforcement isn't present to enforce the law, who's job is it?

People should just sit back and hope nothing happens to them when law enforcement is not around.

If you are minding your own business, not bothering anyone and another person or group threatens you, a response by you to this person or group will not result in the person or group being judged as to their wrongful act upon an innocent person, but rather judge you by those absent of the occurrence on what another person outside of the situation decides. With the focus being in the wrong area, we create a society where innocent people are held in judgement of their response instead of those that perpetrate the crime. We are a long way from truly allowing self defense and confuse self defense with looking to kill someone. Consequently, we see society much worse than it should be...

The Kyle Rittenhouse case was actually a high stakes IQ test for the guy who got croaked: "Hey, see that nerd of there with an AK-15? I'm gonna go and take it away from him!"

You sound like someone who as never been threatened in an enclosed space. As someone who rode the DC metro for years, self defense is not being a vigilante. He didn't set out to beat someone up on the train. Get real.

3 guys attacked Rittenhouse. One with a 2x4/Skateboard, one with a gun (who Rittenhouse literally 'disarmed') and I forget what weapon the 3rd guy had. Rittenhouse defended himself appropriately. God bless him.

How are his lawsuits against Biden and the media going anyway?

Are you contributing to his defense fund for the lawsuit brought against him for wrongful death?

I contributed to his defense fund last time. I don't see any civil or wrongful death lawsuits going against him. He was attacked. He defended himself. End of story.

I also rode the Metro in DC daily and ride the T in Boston pretty much daily now. Never felt remotely threatened in either space, and I used to ride the DC Metro really late at night on weekends.

Yeah ok I don't believe you but it still doesn't make him a vigilante.

Um...BB, you're wrong again. That "man" had the same weapon as Perry. That's why and how Perry subdued him.

I just researched it. The family received $27 million and are being named saints for setting aside $500k for scholarships.
You might not have seen this little family grief:

Floyd’s Family Started a Fundraiser Which has Raised Over $12 Million to Date, on top of the $27 million they settled his death for.

Instigated by Floyd’s brother, Philonise, the money from the George Floyd Memorial Fund will cover expenses for “mental and grief counselling, lodging and travel for all court proceedings, and to assist our family in the days to come as we continue to seek justice for George,” as well as the ongoing “benefit and care of his children and their educational fund,” according to the GoFundMe page.

Oops...my mistake. As of 2020, The fundraiser created by Floyd's brother, Philonise Floyd, and has accumulated more than $13,400,000 in donations at the time.

That ought to cure any grief they might have...right?

George Floyd, Barrack Obama, Michelle Obama, Muhammad Ali, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Oprah Winfrey, Kamala Harris.

Help me out here guys. I'm trying to get enough names to get a whole month of Federal Holidays off.
