Not potentially.As you said, that money goes acorss all sports, so at a minimum that $20.5M is split with football and potentially needs to be split with women's sports. If the $20.5M coming directly from the university coincides with greater controls around NIL collectives it's not clear to me whether the university funds are just additive or can potentially make for a more level playing field among P5 schools.
