My understanding is he is a “walk-on.” I put that in quotes since that doesn’t exist anymore with roster limits but he does not get all full scholarship, but some sort of aid. It seemed we were set at RB so this is a surprise. I’m speculating he is coming for insurance in case we lose someone or they believe with the changes coming in from the settlement they will have more spots.
