Hoax?? You must be kidding. When Delaney organized the Legends/Leaders, Iowa and Purdue were assigned rivals because all of the other schools were assigned by geography.

Providence is good though. They have the best point guard in the nation and some versatile forwards that can hit the 3 well. They were on fire today. Butler is a good team. Providence just played better and is more talented overall. We still should have beat Butler though.

I think Delany confused Iowa and Indiana. He meant Indiana but couldn't recall which of the "I" schools was our rival.

They were 20 pts better than us on a neutral court and the score was only close thanks to some late game heroics from Biggie and terrible FT shooting from that guy with the awful form from Butler. Here's hoping they win out to make us look a bit better.

What a stupid comment. We were within 3 at the end, because we finally put together a run. A run that we had all been waiting for the entire game, and unfortunately it came a little late.
