Berg in a boot?

I hope he's okay for him personally!

From a Purdue standpoint, I'm not sure it matters for next year unless someone leaves, I see Edey is projected as a late second round pick in a couple of mock drafts. I'm not sure if that would be high enough for him to pull the trigger. If Edey stay's I'm not sure how TKR will react, Even if one of the two leave those minutes could be filled by additional minutes from Furst.

I’m more concerned that Edey will take some big NIL money from another university.

I agree. I can't see that happening. I truly believe that he knows what CMP, Purdue and his teammates have created for him.

Yeah, don't see it either. Guess the only thing that would possibly make sense (and it's a long shot at that) if he wanted to leave the shitshow of the B10 and getting the snot beat out of him nightly with dudes clawing, arm-barring & hanging all over him.

Imagine if he got the protection and fouls called that TJD does.

B1G refs are just horrible. Watching the games yesterday and multiple crews missing call, after call. You would think this would be a focal point, but same S**t. This is a horrible look for the B1G.

I know a couple guys from southern indiana that work big 12 games, and they said earlier in the year big 10 reached out to them about getting a contract to start working big 10 games. I think the big 10 knows they have a problem with current big 10 officiating but will never admit it.

I'd give more min to TKR at the 4 and let Furst come in off the bench if he doesn't drastically improve

Yeah, I think we see a little bit of that already. TKR can hit the outside shots that the 4 gets playing with Zach. And it frees him up to play the whole game and not JUST the shoulder drop, hook shot............. He's a good player, we need to get him out of the Zach II role.
Caleb has had a disappointing year to me in that I had higher expectations for him (of course that's on ME). He just doesn't hit the outside shots (get his butt in the PAINT) and often is weak when in the paint (needs more work there).
He's pretty darn athletic for as big as he is, but frequently gets out quicked by the tremendous athletes at this level.
I don't see this working out that well with him at 4 and I think I'd swap him to back up center and TKR's current role of post up threat (in time).
We've got to be better shooting the ball and make team PAY for doubling down.

We don't know how good Berg is anymore than we knew how good Edey was going to be. He could be the difference-maker.
