Again, that's ironic because while I'm no Crean fan he will continue making his 3.5 million per year and will almost certainly finish top 3 in the conference, while Groce will MOST CERTAINLY be in the unemployment line.

Also, on the Illinois Scout board, they are lamenting an entire 4 year class not going to a single NCAA tournament game during Groce's tenure. I wouldn't crow about Groce being better than anybody at this point in time.

I agree with you now after seeing them get dismantled by a pretty pedestrian IU team last evening. The ONLY thing IU has going for them is the aged Yogi Ferrell, who lived most of his IU career in self-gratification mode. Someone must have turned a switch on and told him he is useless without defending to people who will someday write his checks (if he gets that far, i'm guessing he will play in financially torn Greece, lol)
