At what point was it insinuated that it was an insult? I guess labeling you as one does indeed insult those groups of folks, so I guess I will have to give it to you there.
Also, facts don't care about your feelings. Getting called out for what you are is simply that. If you found those things insulting, that's on you and your thin skin. If you aren't happy with your gender, education, employment, or residential status, you can change it. This is America after all.
