Reports that a basketball team disappeared in Ann Arbor last night appear to be true. The team was last seen escaping the reach of a beady eyed man with an unnatural tan frequently seen twitching, clapping and hitching his pants up.

It really was. Michigan pulled the starters with almost four minutes left, they didn't shoot much after that. Indiana missed so many open shots. I think they could have put up 100+ on IU had they wanted to.
Belein has some sense of dignity and respect...unless he is severely crossed. It's why I tend to like him and UM as a secondary program to Purdue. I don't see Belein making a huge scene on the sidelines and instead focuses on coaching his players.
Don't think Belein likes Crean much. Probably enjoyed beating the crap out of CTCs team.
It is generally known that Crean is the least liked coach in the Big10, and I don't think it is even close.
Greg Gard at Wisky either. A lot of it has to do with the fact that Crean never played the game at the college level and he doesn't know the nuances of the game like a former player would. He's the kind of coach to "roll the ball out on the court and let 'em play". He's at a distinct disadvantage against coaches that actually know what they're doing.
Keady learned the game from someone because he was by far a better bench coach than Crean ever was or will be. Keady lettered in three sports at Kansas State and was a college roommate of Bill Guthridge who helped Dean Smith win multiple NCs at North Carolina. Keady knew Tex Winter, who was the MBB at Kansas State. This is the same Tex Winter who was an assistant under Phil Jackson with the Chicago Bulls.
Keady was a JUCO All-American QB too. He was an athlete.
Crean's claim to fame was being a BB manager for Tom Izzo. Big difference.
