The US Senate voted 98 to 0 not to allow Russia to question "Americans of interest" which was Putin's response to extraditing 12 Russians in Russia's military spy agency for trial in the U.S. Trump called Putin's idea "an incredible offer." I think the Senate might also oppose Trump's idea of a White House visit by Putin.
