I’m from Evansville and his dad was the real deal at UE! Had such a sweet shot and quick release. I remember that game in the video. I saw UE play twice this year and Cam is definitely not his dad. I don’t believe he started those games and he does like to look for his shot. I don’t know if id say he played under control all of the time. He looked OK on an UE team that was not really very good. IMO both Harris and Cox are better and have more potential…

Yes, it was 88-89 under Jim Crews; went to a couple of their games in Roberts Stadium. In addition to team leader Scott Haffner, they had center Dan Godfread and guard Scott Shreffler......also a reserve named Olaf Blab (Uwe's younger brother), who transferred from Illinois.

At one time just across the river in Henderson a few miles from Ellis Park race track. Moved to Indianapolis during that season but had friends and my parents in that area.

Still miss Turoni's Pizza to this day!
