Stanford is playing @ Wazzu tonight. Game was supposed to start at 5 Eastern but was delayed last minute for a covid test. Game is still delayed and will be delayed for at least another 20 minutes. Ridiculous

Hopefully we get another ‘this game isn’t for the weak’ type quote that will get rolled out for years to come.

Able to be in Lafayette unexpectedly.
figured the COVID would make some available.

Purdue has very little mid range shooting and Wisconsin beat them with it while Penn State had great success. Looking at stats without a shot chart, I cannot recall a made shot by Purdue between 5 feet and 3 point line.

Ivy has tremendous quickness and ability to penetrate but can only finish with layups or dunks. He literally throws the ball at the basket from mid range. He does not shoot it. Davis made shot after shot after shot from mid range with fundamentally sound shooting skill.

Gillis was great today but spent too much time on the bench for some reason. He is shooting 52% from three and should be a #1 or #2 option from outside. He also has potential to SHOOT the ball from mid range rather than just throw it at the basket like most of the others.

Tyler Duncan looking good in his first start in 2022. 1st place and 6 under through 12. Put $10 on him to be the 1st round leader at 75/1. Also have him 200/1 to win the tournament. Looking at shot tracker he's made a handful of putts in the 10 - 20 ft range. If he can get that going this year watch out!
