Left slams Chiefs kicker who had the audacity to honor Homemakers, his wife and traditional Christian values

The self hating left is @ it again. Harrison Butler, Chiefs kicker gave a commencement faith based speech honoring his wife and her vocation as a homemaker.

He as a Catholic stood up for the Bible and stood for Biblical values when talking to his Catholic college.

Imagine that! A Catholic talking to Catholics promoting the Bible. Who would have thunk?

The left goes nuts, and the cowardly NFL tries to distance itself from him. Guess they are too busy dealing with the wife beaters, DUIs and outright criminals in the NFL. Does not distance themselves from any of them.....but a Catholic, ohhh the horror!

Meanwhile on NFL.com the top selling jersey since the speech....#7 Harrison Butler. Lol. The NFL doesn't understand it's base.....never has.

More on this from the leftist NPR ..

Purdue men's basketball Isaiah Thompson and Carson Barrett join coaching staff

I know it's been reported around but for those that haven't heard, former player Isaiah Thompson, and little brother of PJ Thompson, will join Purdue's staff as a GA next season. Thompson transferred from Purdue after three seasons and finished his career playing two seasons at Florida Gulf Coast.

Joining him will be Carson Barrett who will jump directly from playing to coaching for Purdue.

Neither is particularly surprising with the connections to Purdue and with both finishing their careers this last season as players.

Barring unforeseen commitments there's unlikely to be much basketball news over the next few weeks. Interested to get the boards thoughts on how many minutes some of the players at hotly contested positions will play. I might have too many categories here but IMO we're likely to see two or three guys in the 30+ mpg range and a bunch of players ranging from mid teens to mid to high twenties.

I think Myles is likely a mid to high twenties mpg guy but in order to play that many minutes he'll need to make a big enough jump to not only win minutes at the 2/3 spots but also potentially push guys like Heide and Catchings to the 4 spot.

Justice Department sues Arizona

Arizona was asking for voters to prove citizenship before voting in Federal elections. The DOJ sues Arizona over this legislation. I have mixed feelings on this. With all of the illegals coming across the boarder, I can see why they would feel this legislation would be needed, but what would constitute proof of citizenship?

I do find it odd though that asking someone to list their place of birth on voter registration is deemed unlawful... Seems to me that would be important to know.

Biden cover up?

What is he afraid they would find?
