Purdue football Purdue adds transfer long snapper

Just after Purdue's specialist camp on Saturday, Special Teams Coordinator Chris Petrilli was able to add a piece to his group. The Boilermakers landed Illinois State transfer long snapper Claude Strnad out of the portal, securing the commitment on Sunday afternoon.

Caleb Mitchell Irving

I recently saw a TV show called “4th and Forever”, documenting the 2022 season of Texas HS powerhouse DeSoto. Caleb Mitchell Irving is featured several times in this show. Caleb had to overcome a big injury his sophomore year. I am not sure what led to him to move from DeSoto to Parish Episcopal HS.
I like hearing about origin stories. I think he will grow and develop into a big time DL at Purdue.

The show also features Nebraska player, Mario Buford.

Purdue offers talented 2026 wing Sanai Green

Purdue offers a 2026 prospect for the second day in a row, this time Virginia wing Sanai Green.

As a sophomore last season, she averaged 20.3 points (52% FG and 32% 3FG), 8.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.

Green is a true three level scorer with a deep bag on the offensive end. She can create her own shot, knock down threes, post up and has an impressive mid range game.

Great size (6’0”) for a small forward and could potentially play the two or four.

Too many offers to list, but here are some of the top schools to have done so: Iowa, Tennessee, Kentucky, USC, Michigan, Maryland, North Carolina.

Purdue football 92 Days to Purdue Football: Mo Omonode

Good morning, everyone. I am back from a vacation to the East Coast and back in the saddle, so I can pick up the football countdown again. Fortuantely, there were a lot of empty numbers in the last week, too. Today we can focus on one of Purdue's rising stars on defense.

Trump holds massive rally in the Bronx

Trump is out looking to expand his base....out in the Bronx today, a place Republicans haven't campaigned since Reagan. Thousands came. Amazed me as no busses were spotted...all folks from the Bronx. Crowd said to be 25,000.

Might be working? The NYT discusses Trump poling......
"Trump also wins more than 20 percent of Black voters — a tally that would be the highest level of Black support for any Republican presidential candidate since the enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1964."

And Trump is currently poling even better with Latinos.

Events & poling like this have Dems going nuts, Trump has them all triggered. New York Gov. Kathy Hochul calls Trump supporters ‘clowns’ in her own 'basket of deplorables' moment
