DH "retools " the defense and they give up 10 of 13 3rd down conversion against mighty EKU and then UC strings 12 3rd down conversions in a row. Scheme …Yes, coaching sorry to say yes and making plays/ tackling .. .yes. All three on the HC!!!!
DH also retools the offense and same frustrations still occurring from 3 years ago, turnovers turnovers turnovers. Can't give up the ball 5 times at any level and expect to win. No run game or pass game against a non D1 opponent. If we had the ball 15 possessions during the game and to give it up 33% of the time Ugh!!!!!
Cincinnati folks took it to us like they did in DH's first season If you watched both games again you couldn't tell which year was DH's first or maybe his last. But if this is his idea of progress in a program he may want to rethink and admit this coaching thing in the BIG 10 is out of his league!!!
