One prediction for Purdue on 247 from Eric Bossi (6/10 confidence though).
He would be a good get. I can see him fitting in like Dakota. Sounds like we're his best fit and I like our chances.
We picked up another crystal ball pick from Eric Snow about an hour ago.
Its weird MSU didnt offer Foster Loyers younger brother. Fletchter has some size on him, but isnt ranked as high as his older brother was.
We never offered him, and the IU guys and Snow say things look good for the choice being Purdue on Monday.
Check out his brother. He is a taller version of him, more of a sg than a pg. But yeah, cline would probably compare well. I saw foster was listed as short as 5ft9, but hes listed as 6ft on msus roster.
well ... his grandparents do live in Battle Ground.
Just what I've been told. That he reminds him of Dakota and he has worked with both of them. Also, same guy that worked with Biggie and Haas.

Lol at so many of the Peegs poster claiming they don’t think he’s B10 material. I’m sure similar things were said about Mathias and Cline too. Painter certainly gets the benefit of the doubt here IMO.
Without trying to predict transfers and rule changes, how many scholarships do we expect to have for '22?

Patrick Williams was picked No. 4 overall on Wednesday night.

Family (mom’s side) is from Indiana originally. Dad John was an assistant for the Pistons for several years before being let go, hence the move to Michigan. Fletcher and Foster have a younger sister who is probably the best athlete of the bunch. Will be a big time volleyball recruit before it’s all said and done.
Fletcher’s rated higher and his offer list is already better than what either Cline or Mathias got. This is before he’s even played his junior year of high school.
Wouldnt be surprised if the sister plays volleyball at Purdue.
Probably a good bet. Her aunt, Trish Miller, is the head coach at Fort Wayne Concordia and has coached all around the state for nearly 30 years.
Never seen him play so can’t really comment. As the son of a coach, guessing he has very good instinct and high basketball IQ. Probably a gym rat and very coachable. Does appear a bit bigger than brother Foster where I think lack of size and athleticism is finally starting to catch up to him at the B10 level.
He looks more comfortable with the ball than Cline did until Cline’s senior season.

Dad is a Midwest Scout for some NBA team, so doesn't matter where he lives. Lots of cousins live in FW area. Closer to Lafayette for grandparents to watch. Homestead has a winning tradition, he mentioned that several times in the interview.
Doesn't look like a Star but a Solid Role player is still very valuable. Purdue didn't get much shooting in 20 or 21 so getting a shooter like him is even more valuable.

Has there been any buzz for other schools? I don't like assuming a kid is going to land somewhere because it takes away from the excitement a recruit gets when they announce and reveal the big "secret", but I haven't heard anything about him going anywhere but Purdue.
