His comments about Kentucky:
"They're just so high major," said Tillman, who has already visited UK twice. "They're always that top team. If they show interest, you almost have to go there."
A bruising power forward who is relentless in the paint, Tillman averages 24.3 points per game on the adidas Gauntlet U16 circuit and has held his own against older, more mature players this week.
Tillman holds early offers from Purdue, Michigan State, Ohio State, Iowa and Xavier in addition to Kentucky.
He joins DeAndre Ayton, Zach Brown, Mohamed Bamba and Nick Richards as 2017 prospects to score a recent offer from the Wildcats.
"When I went to Kentucky, they told me flat out, if you come here, we can get you to the league," Tillman said. "We can prepare you, we'll work your butt off to get you to the big time."
