...they lose to Minnesota 82-78 after trailig by 18 in the first 8 minutes of the game...terrific performances by the two seniors Bays (28pts), and Clemons (19pts)...both fouled out in the final minutes. Once again, the ladies proved to be a tough out in the B1G tournament...they have won 9 of them and Versyp 4. This season was a disaster, but Purdue certainly came to play in the conference square offs. Too bad they didn't show the same determination in several of the 10 in a row they lost at the end of the regular season. They could have avoided last place if they had played as hard as they did in the past two days.
