O’Connell got another chance to show what he could do as a starter.

He got a late hit (shove) and had to leave the field in an air cast and on a cart.

Wishing a full recovery to him!

REALLY bad cheap late shot. Unbelievable that it didn't get flagged. It ought to be looked at by the league for a fine at least. And it would have given the Raiders a first down when they were only down 4 late in the 3rd quarter. Would have given them 1st down inside the Bucs 30 yard line.

Somehow, Kancey wasn't penalized for a shove in O'Connell's back well after the Raiders quarterback threw the ball.
