Very solid half for The Boilers. Credit to the staff and team for not rolling over after last week.
Wisconsin took us too lightly in the first half.
Let's see how the 2nd half goes.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't Jones go for 160 yards and two TD's against MSU? Why isn't he getting carries? Do they just throw darts while blindfolded to see who starts? I guess that would lead to some good decisions because even a blind squirrel finds a nut.
Pretty gutsy game plan to run the ball this much. I'm at least encouraged to see this coaching staff try something different instead of doing the same thing all the time that doesn't work!
3 and out to start second half. Great job Shoop.no... i've been watching the game
i'll take this half time score for sure wow
Btw, Memphis up on Ole Miss right now led by their young coach, Justin Fuente.
Unless Hazell gets 4 of the last 5, I think you try to hire Fuente under the table if he is interested...although he may be in line for a bigger job.
Not sure what jobs will be available at this point outside of USC, South Carolina, and Illinois.
And then another 3 and out. WTF does Shoop do at halftime?? He must go to the nearest bar and drink heavily. What a useless f___Nice series by the D there.

Before the invention of the forward pass?Wonder when the last time a Purdue QB threw less than 5 attempts in a half
Speaking of halftime adjustments, Wisconsin with no deep threat is played a two deep zone with us giving them 5-10 yards with every short pass. Haze had better make some moves on coordinators or take the hit himself. And then another 3 and out. WTF does Shoop do at halftime?? He must go to the nearest bar and drink heavily. amazing, wisky players know you can field your own punt but our team's #80 lets the ball hit at the 7 and goes in the endzone. Should have taken the safety there.Speaking of halftime adjustments, Wisconsin with no deep threat is played a two deep zone with us giving them 5-10 yards with every short pass. we just broke the 100 yd. total o mark.amazing, wisky players know you can field your own punt but our team's #80 lets the ball hit at the 7 and goes in the endzone. Should have taken the safety there.
300 yds rushing in the first half??? WTF?????Our run D has been pretty stout.
Looks like we have even been able to coach down Schopper who started out punting great.we just broke the 100 yd. total o mark.

LOL!!!!!!!About pizzed my pants on that one...................Looks like we have even been able to coach down Schopper who started out punting great.
you knew they were going to give it to the converted LB there WTF.Come on! Tackle.
Come on! Tackle.
with the special teams coaching, our punter doesn't have a leg to stand on.LOL!!!!!!!About pizzed my pants on that one...................
They are exhausted. Not going to dump on them for that.
Check time of possession. Wisconsin went over 30 minutes awhile ago.
Now the offense....can't let them off the hook for this bullshit.
You are correct. It was total yards (272) in the first half of which 82 were rushing yards.Um...Wisconsin only has 89 rush yards.
Agreed. The D has played well.
That's the worst defense I've seen in over 50 years of following Purdue football. Don't know why so many people slam the OC when the DC is as bad or worse. Tackling is horrible, pass coverage non existent.
The pass coverage has been horrendous, 8-9 times a receiver has been wide open.Totally disagree. This D has been on the field all day. They're not the problem today.
