Will the colts fire grigson and pagano?

I think he will and I think they deserve it. BTW I didn't think they deserved it last year because of the Luck injury. I just think it's evident that most of the players around Luck are below average and even at that they are losing some games they should win. Not sure who he would want to bring in though.
Grigson needs to be fired. He has been there five years, and the roster is in much worse shape now than when he got there.
Pagano isn't a great coach by any stretch of the imagination, but he's not terrible either, and he's been stuck with Ryan's terrible draft picks and free agents for five years so I can't blame him for too much of it.
Problem is for Chuck, any good GM candidate is going to want to bring in their own coach as well.
I agree he should be fired, but the roster worse than when he got there? The roster was completely blown up when he got there. Almost everybody on that roster was gone from the year prior. He drafted everybody else. He has been terrible, but remember he was handed an awful situation and got them to the AFC title game. Chuck has been awful at developing the talent and he is just not a good head coach. He makes too many questionable decisions and play calls. They both should be gone, but because Irsay gave them that boneheaded extension, we were set back further. Unfortunately, I don't know who is available that would be better.
Grigson should be retained. The roster is getting better. Irsay meddles too much in personnel decisions. Pagano still makes a lot of bone head mistakes.
I meant to say, roster worse now than his first year, 2012. Got handed 12, and hasn't added much else. His 2013 and 2014 drafts yielded almost nothing, and his free agent signings have been almost as bad.
I would take a swing at Harbaugh Or saban, then if you miss on those 2, go after will McClay from Dallas.
There is no doubt that was Irsays deal. I have two good friends who work for the colts, one on the medical staff and one an executive. Both said it was Irsay and they both say he thinks he is a personnel expert. That's what he did as a young man for his dad.
Sounds like he's the AFCs Jerry Jones....smh

Well if he's meddling like that, I'm not sure it matters whether grigson gets fired or not. Who else did irsay want to bring in? Cherilus? Donald Thomas? Art Jones? LaRon Landry?
Don't fool yourself, if Irsay called the the Richardson trade he is in and directing the draft too, just like Al Davis and Jerry Jones!
Paying $17 or $18 mil for an average NFL QB in the NFL puts you as they say the middle plus he was the best free agent QB in the market last year AND Smith was smart enough to only guarantee two years so they can drop him after next year, his drafts have picked up markedly the past three years so despite some fans and media crying he has shown to be pretty smart in his job!

Calling BS on Irsay making personel decisions. He knows and has stated he is a lousy GM!
Also google all the news from the Richardson trade! It was overwhelming in the believe that it was a great trade at the time. I hated it and it failed.

colts have NO ONE from the 2013 draft, and only 2 players left from the 2014 draft. Not a good way to build a roster.
My preference is that the Colts move to LA and that druggie/alcholic Irsay goes to jail with Hillary.
Pagano is the worst coach in the NFL. He deserves to be canned and never have another coaching job. Irsay is a terrible GM that only has had one good off season(2012). These two guys are wasting Luck year in and out and I am getting fed up with it. Irsay is an idiot to have even kept Pagano over Arians in the the first place
Is that really how it went down? In my head, I thought Arians took the initiative to seek out a head coaching job (perhaps because Irsay wasn't 100% sold on him to offer him the job right away), and that Pagano only came to be after Arains bolted for Arizona.
Also, you can't really lay all the blame on Pagano and Irsay... they have a GM, and he stinks. No critique of the Colts is accurate without assigning a heavy dose of fail on Grigson.
The Colts have essentially destroyed college football at Purdue and IU. You are profound fool to support them to include the Irsay goon.

Irsay is bad but the Colts are competitive almost every game they just fall apart towards the end and that's on Pagano. Butler kept Holtman after he was intern that's what the Colts should of done with Arian's. The guy won coach of the year as an intern...
Grigson gone but for some reason, Jim does not want to fire Chuck. I can only hope it's because he is going after Harbaugh next year. Would kill two birds w one stone.
They should ask Morgan Burke for his advice on a new GM. One bad turn deserves another. You got em' on speed dial so go for it!
