My daughter was a cheerleader for G-ROb!!! I played against Mount on the playground courts in HS. and neither of us ran track!!!1

I guess I'm old too - I just know that campus got a lot better once we got electricity.....
Watched games in the fieldhouse my freshman year, luckily got tickets to the inaugural game in Mackey. Yes, we really are the elders 🎂
Started in '97 on goldandblack.com ( before it was rivals). Used the handle CaptainK then forgot my password and ended up changing my user name.
I remember starting on the OGFP as well. Steve on the Gridiron and Marcus on Mr. Hoops. Big D was my handle many years ago.
Big D was your handle is surprising. I thought you would choose the Big E or was that out of respect of Elvin Hayes. Lol
Old timer as in Purdue grad / fan or forum poster?
My father and brothers all went to Purdue, as did my wife and I. Cried through the Fred Aker days and watched one of the best full backs mow people over to collect 5 yards in Mike Alstadt (his freshman year only). 3 of my sons graduated from Purdue and my youngest is a junior there now. Praise God!!

I started on grid iron and Mr hoops and old gold free press. I used to argue with Ken boiler all day long. D Stewart tried to keep the board civil. He then switched his attention to women’s basketball.
I was banned for awhile because I was super critical and negative about Hazell and the type of players he recruited. I was accused of hurting the recruit’s feelings! All I said was why is Hazell recruiting only Mac and MVC level players? And if he wanted to win in the big 10, why wasn’t he recruiting players other big 10 teams were recruiting? I got tired of Hazell Signing players whose only other offer was from Marshall and west central Michigan! And Tennessee Martin! I was allowed to come back after Brian realized my assessment of Hazell and the type of players he recruited was spot on! Posters still hated me. They hated me more for being right and doubling down on my beliefs!
That was before I became interested in track and Olympic athletes!

Aaand there you go trying to make yet another thread about you. I have some news for you, no one hates you.. you're mocked/disliked because of things like this.. you're rarely right so it has zero to do with that.
And here I thought maybe you had turned over a new leaf as recently you were much more tolerable. Oh what a fool i was to believe you could ever change...
