What was the business decision elements that caused BIggie to go to MS?

What were the business decisions that made Biggie chose MS? I think he said because MS wins and it is a family atmosphere. Or is it because Izzo will make him a better player than any other coach so he can go the NBA in a year or 2. PLease explain the decision.

OR did they mean this will be a decision based on the business interests of Barnes and Parker?
