The big question mark if Holt will be our DC.You have to figure most of these assistant coaches will be in black and old gold soon
And a really stout run D.WKU won 51-31 using several trick plays and a ton of offense.
I didn't watch the game but heard they ran a play out of victory formation at the end of the half? Anyone see it?
Bryan Ellis served as their OC for the game. He called most of the plays this year for WKU. Hopefully he comes to W. Laf.Yea it was pretty well executed. Memphis fell for it too.

Well since Purdue is used to not taking their foot off the brake...this will be a nice issue to have!WKU fan here, Brohm called the plays. Your fans will have no idea what the next play will be on offense.......the other team won't either. Brohm is great at keeping the other team's D off balance and confused. One fault is that he has in the past took his foot off the pedal too soon.
No problem....our last coach did not know that a gas pedal even existed.....WKU fan here, Brohm called the plays. thanks , I thought so.One of the WKU site Publishers here. I can verify per the WKU players that Ellis did call the plays on offense this past season for WKU. However, it wasn't as black and white as that. Ellis would call 2-3 plays, Brohm would then pick 1 of them, Ellis would then signal the call to the players. Occasionally Brohm would call a play of his own as well.
Would you kindly give us your thoughts on which WKU coaches will follow Coach Brohm to Purdue? One of the WKU site Publishers here. I don't believe there is room for Ellis on the staff to be honest unless he has an off the field role. At WKU he was Pass Game Coordinator/WR coach....but we know Shephard is the WR coach. Soooooooooo where does he fit on the staff?Well, hopefully Ellis if that's true...

I don't know if he has space for another Offensive assistant either. If he adds him as another OC, he'll have 6 offensive assistants and remaining 3 defensive assistants are going to be thin.Saw an article saying he worked with the slot receivers so maybe Brohm will split it..?
