After watching the scrimmage yesterday and if we can stay healthy (ala all healthy linebackers) this team may surprise some.
I will be surprised if Knox doesn't go down as one of Purdue's better running backs. He was great in spring scrimmage and yesterday. Power with shiftiness.
Passing looked crisp for the most part with all 3 Qbs. Future looks good there.
Receiving corp has good depth and size.
Fast tempo spread offense is fun to watch
Defense was decent last year
Hopefully I can say the same thing after Marshall.
Hopefully this isn't my usual start of the year optimism.
P.S. Jarred Burgess looks and runs like a pro. Hopefully he stays around long enough to hone his ball skills to complement his athleticism.
