After watching the replay a few times, it doesn’t even appear that he was going to make any effort for the ball carrier. Seems that he was just after a big hit.

Very talented frosh...he wasn't targeting either. Michigan expected Indiana to lay down and that didn't happen. They found themselves in a real fight for once this season.

Yeah, we saw it a lot of from IU fans early last year (I believe), when we had two players early in the season called for targeting.
