Seems Wandale had the door open to Louisville if Jeff would have gone. Could he still be considering us now that coach is staying? I do know Coach Shepard was in to see Wandale this week but haven’t heard anything from that visit yet. Maybe Stoops will get a job at Auburn and we’ll land Wandale at the last minute. Nebraska was the perceived front runner with him up until the 11th hour-and he picked KY. Just glad we don't have to the see kid in our division, he's legit. Very similar to Hall with Purdue and Sparty sneaking in and taking him

This is the exact feeling I was getting as well. They are such similar style of players.

You're kidding, right? Rondale received all Big Ten honors for receiver and freshman of the year as well as national attention for what he's achieved. He was one of the biggest impact players in the nation as a freshman. I don't give a sh#t how many stars he has. If Wandale has anywhere close to the year Rondale had, he's going to be good.

Should anything change at UK, Purdue would want Wandale without a doubt.
Mark Stoops could be in line for a jump somewhere should he get named SEC coach of the year. He has been there 5 years and may look to other schools for bigger payday (my speculation only).

Quite right. And 4* Mershawn Rice. We are going to be loaded at WR. Sheffield is very fast himself. Now Brohm is recruiting IL WR Marcellus Moore. Class of 2020 I believe. He ran a 10.31 100m to win a State Championship as a SO.

I think it’s fair to say that many of the other recruits we have a wide receiver from last year and this year are going to do well by themselves. Having the commits that we have, assuming David Bell means we will be extremely talented. But I know we have some other talent that is really really good but not as highly rated

Wandale would have been nice. But I don't think he dramatically changes the overall ceiling of this team with the recruits we have coming. This team should be really really good.
