He is a good player and Frost is going to get them rolling. I think we have the better coach, top slot receiver in the country, and are in for some great games.

He is not Rondale, but he is an electric player. He will put pressure on Big Ten defenses. Similar to another poster, I would rather see him in the SEC.
Hey may not be Rondale Moore yet, but he has pretty good film. Hopefully that translates to the next level. If it does, he will fit Frost's system perfectly.
I couldn't handle a Rondale and Wandale in the same offense. Too confusing.

That’s the line with the Kentucky fans - that he committed to uk to win the award and once he did, he decommitted. Seems dubious to me but, who knows?
Could have been that he just didn’t want to play in that terrible offense.
Rondale not winning Mr Football last year was not him committing to us. It has to do with the fact that other voters in the state that do not like seeing Mr Football always seeming like it comes from players in the Louisville or Lexington areas all the time.
And there was a RB for another school who had a monster year who won. I am ok with giving to the kid who likely won't even play football on college over the one who has every D1 offer he wants and has a decent shot of being in the NFL.
The state changed the regional and semistate brackets over the last few years, so it keeps the Finals having a school like Trinity playing another Louisville school like Male or St X, since they seemed to play each other all the time in the past for a while. They have done it in other sports in KY now too.
Anti-Louisville bias plain and simple. Same reason that every year the best basketball teams from Louisville play each other in the first two rounds of the state tournament. All the hilljacks out in the state want to try and clear the decks for any team - other than a Louisville HS - to win.
The kid that won Mr Football did not deserve it from Rondale. The one that won the award played against smaller and lesser competition and Rondale’s stats, while great last year, were under inflated due to him being taken out early so much with Trinity’s dominance in most, if not all, games.
