Late in games when we need a bucket, VE starts to assert himself and look to create shots for himself outside. I've watched him do this in a couple games. He's made some big shots to keep us in games.
He seems hesitant to do this early in the game. Whether it's fear of getting pulled, fear of not passing the ball a certain amount of times to the post, or lack of confidence; its holding this team back.
Vince needs a green light to go along with Stephens. That means being ok as a coach when he has an off night. Even octeus with his years looks tentative shooting early in games.
The team looks tight IMO and needs to open things up a bit.
