Watching VE take the basketball down the court reminded me of Evan Turner for OSU. We should explore that for next year. I think we are going to need his scoring and ability to penetrate. He can penetrate or pull up and hit a shot better than anyone else we have on the team. If he can learn to penetrate under control and dish the ball to Haas, Biggie, or the open perrimeter player for a shot than that will open things up. Teams will have to respect his outside shooting ability more so than PJ or whoever else we have and that should open things up for Isac and Haas.
Biggie, Haas, and Mathias all have to take huge steps forward. I feel Biggie could have a break out year if he stays. I think he will be more comfortable in the system and will play some 5. My expectations are not very high for this team next year but who knows if VE plays the point and these other three become consistant night in and night out we could have a decent year!
