This nutjob was a police cadet and part of a militia???? No wonder we have the problems we have ! The high five he got afterwards says it all. Shameful !

These radicals want to join so they can carry guns and bully people, not to serve and protect. MAJOR CHANGE is needed, not token changes.

He was a police cadet at the age of 17?

If the dem leadership in these cities would do their job and put a stop to the rioters, looters and arsonists, the common citizen wouldn't need to take the law into their own hands.

And, let's be clear: Rittenhouse didn't fire until he was attacked. Clear cut case of self defense.
God bless that kid.

Why did Rittenhouse and you feel it was his place to be armed “protecting” things that aren’t even in his state? I’m not sure I see the logic.

Self-defense? Please... This kid was looking for a fight. He brought his AR-15 with him. What was he trying to do, play Barney Fife? Was he deputized? Does he even have a right to bear arms since he’s 17?

Lots of issues here.

Great video has surfaced of Kyle Rittenhouse sucker punching a girl. I'm not going to link it because it's pretty nsfw but a google search will likely bring it up.

His monkey ass should not of been there in the first place. It is not even legal for him to even have a gun. If he was black, the police would have shot him on the spot.

Do you think all the rioters, looters and arsonists lived in Kenosha?

Yes, when referring to a black person.

But, with you being the biggest racist on the board, I thought you might refrain.

How do you know he's not black?

Kamala Harris has less African blood in her than I do yet she claims to be black?

I’m not a racist.

I know he is not black because he was able to walk down the street in front of the police with an AR-15 after killing 2 people and live.

As far as Kamala Harris, her father is bi-racial plus if you have to be bused to another school district, you are black enough.

It may not be as clear cut as that. I made bold the part of Wisconsin statute that makes it a little less obvious in my opinion. Not sure how his state of residence factors in and also would depend on the length of the barrel. Not that familiar with AR’s so don’t know all the specs.

I don't know of any one else that has been bused anywhere . You are a huge racist and think because you are black that makes it OK

That is a carve out for hunting and isn't the spirit of the law. Won't fly.
I think that’s a different subsection and this one stands alone from the target shooting/hunting but yeah, that’s probably what it was intended for. Either way, I think that charge will be the least of his worries, just or not.

3-Men-Shot-By-Kyle-Rittenhouse-750x394.jpg

17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse faces first degree murder charges after police say he shot three rioters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, as protests over a police involved shooting devolved into rioting over the last week, and now National File is able to report the backgrounds of the three alleged victims.
Two of the three gunshot victims died shortly after sustaining their injuries. A third was shot in the arm, causing gruesome injuries, but survived his wounds. Outpourings and eulogies of the victims followed as the mainstream and social media rushed to celebrate the fallen martyrs.

One victim, Anthony Huber, 24, was shot in the chest at close range and died at the scene for attempting to attack Rittenhouse with a skateboard as he was on the ground. Huber was lavished with praise and dubbed a “hero” for his actions by many.

Via National File:

Huber was arrested in 2012 for charges including domestic violence, “Use of Dangerous Weapon,” “Strangulation & Suffocation,” “False Imprisonment,” and battery. He was ultimately convicted of strangling and falsely imprisoning a person.
Huber was sentenced to two years in prison, and was credited for 352 days served during his case. He was released from probation for this conviction in May of 2020.

Then, in 2018, after Huber was released from prison but still on probation for his 2012 conviction, he was arrested for domestic abuse, disorderly conduct, and battery. He was ultimately convicted and sentenced to probation.
Huber was also caught in possession of drug paraphernalia, which is not a criminal offense in the state of Wisconsin, in 2015.

The second fatality was of 36-year-old Joseph “JoJo” Rosenbaum, a father of a two-year-old girl, who was seen taunting Rittenhouse by saying “shoot me n***a” just before he was shot in the head.

Rosenbaum was sentenced to 12-and-a-half years for two counts of sexual conduct with a minor. He served his sentence in Arizona State Prison Complex-Eyman where he racked up 42 disciplinary infractions behind bars during his lengthy sentence.

Following his stint at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Eyman, Rosenbaum was convicted of a parole violation where he was accused of tampering with a monitoring device.

The final victim, Gaige P. Grosskreutz, 26, of West Allis suffered a gruesome gunshot wound to his arm, tearing away much flesh and leaving a cavity on the inside of his elbow and bicep. He is expected to survive the shooting.

In 2013, Grosskreutz was arrested and charged with felony burglary, theft, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. It is unclear whether he was convicted of a felony.

He was arrested again in 2017. And, in 2019, he pleaded no contest to a Non-Traffic Ordinance Violation.

Grosskreutz is a member of the fringe radical movement the People’s Revolution Movement of Milwaukee which was called a “social justice reform group” by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The National Guard was deployed to instill order in the Wisconsin city that was rocked by nights of civil unrest, burning buildings and vehicles, and violence.

The "medic" with the gun in his hand is going to be a tough sell to a jury. Especially since this isn't his first time doing this. He has been pinched a couple times at riots with a weapon but let go because the new democrat position is don't prosecute rioters. I'm not making any of this up. It is record.

Skateboad is weapon. Self defense is on the table.

The first guy was chasing him and reports are that he tried to take his gun. There were also shots being fired behind the fleeing individual. Shots were being fired before this guy acted.

It's fine as long as they were bad guys anyway.

Look like typical BLM thugs.
My comment had nothing to do with their appearance or association with BLM. It had everything to do with choices they made and the consequences of those choices.

But I did delete my comment as I don’t wish death upon anyone, even ANTIFA trash that beat on women and sexually abuse children.....

My Lord. It has everything to do with justifying Kyle's actions. "Taking out the trash" implies he was doing something good with people that were bad. Just stop with the revisionist posting.

I made the association with BLM........or rather I didn't with the help of some sarcasm. All I've read here for weeks is how these protesters are terrorists from BLM. I don't know who these guys are associated with.......if anybody........but they certainly don't seem like BLM considering their backgrounds and race.

You failed to distinguish the difference between "Protesters" and "rioters/looters/arsonist/assaulters"

Most peaceful protesters don't take a handgun to a protest event.

Most don't and haven't . . but when you hear of right wing militias coming into town to start violence you do if you value your life. (Deaths seem to follow that activity) Let me guess, You probably also think it's a good idea for northerners to line up their protesting trips now for KKK country - right?

If you think I am a problem, you must have already gotten and recovered from COVID. Oh, . . I forgot . . just drink bleach and you will be ok

How is protecting property from rioters/looters/arsonists "Starting violence"?
Do you think it's ok to riot, loot and set stuff on fire?
Do you think people should have to right to protect themselves, their family and property?
