Agree this is the best showing of the year from VE. The knock on him was that he never showed up for road games - but he proved otherwise tonight.
Overall, a very gritty road win tonight. Team is developing some toughness which will be invaluable come Tourney time.

Yea for a large portion of the game it was basically him and Carsen with some help from Swanigan. PJ showed up late. Dakota was ok but relatively quiet.
I've been hard on him all year. I just know it is in there and he showed it tonight. So no more criticism from me. Hard work payed off.

Biggie was tired. They threw a lot of bodies and were physical inside and you could see it when Biggie was shooting...but strong when absolutely needed!
VE saved the game for sure. My boy, Cline had his worst game as a Boiler. I truly hope he keeps his head up and comes back strong. We are gonna need Ryan Cline in the next 2 years big time... Great game!!!!
Not sure it was his worse...got beat on a drive...not sure about the charge...he is fine and ready to go the next game Im sure
Very good Vince. On his first few drives he absolutely got bounced in the lane. After seeing Maryland body up and play very physical inside...IU tried it as well. What worried me was that IU always plays stupid and they had a stretch in the first half in particular where they got Purdue playing stupid and I know they thought if they can get Purdue to play stupid then they can beat Purdue with their experience of playing stupid
He also drew 2 or 3 fouls on TB, which shouldn't be overlooked.
I wasn't a Biggie-Haas in the lineup fan, but I do like this new concept of never VE, CS, and IH at the same time. We just need our bigs to cut down the turnovers and Haas to keep the ball above his waist, and that's going to work more times than not. At MD and at IU are gutty wins.

I'd say it was his worst in a Big Game and I think he'd agree. I'm going to watch it again and see if I'm wrong. His stat line was not good...
