Yes, I'm posting an article from the enemy, but Alex does a good job of illustrate the impact the unbalanced schedule could have on the B1G race next season.

A few comments:
  • This is yet another indication to me that Bo Ryan's Top 4 streak is in serious jeopardy. Having to play Maryland, MSU, Purdue and IU twice is big.
  • This is unfortunately the best justification I've seen yet for IU finishing ahead of Purdue. Single plays against Maryland, MSU, Purdue, Michigan and OSU is a benefit.
  • Given this, I could see MSU either tying or finishing ahead of Maryland even though Maryland might have the better team.
