You think maybe for once, maybe this current administration could make one difficult decision to actually help the Ukrainian people instead of worrying about causing WWIII and stoking fear? I mean, we give them anti-tank and anti-aircraft weapons, and then we believe MIG29s are a bridge too far?? Even Rep Meeks (Dem) and McCaul (Rep) were aligned on giving the jets to Ukraine after seeing this video. We're sitting around doing nothing, because we're intimidated by a guy who can't even pull off an invasion of an ill equipped country. It's a flipping joke. There's absolutely zero way Putin would be able to pull off a nuclear attack. His own countrymen would revolt...

The Poles' public statements didn't help the MIG situation. We can't take possession of them and then give them to Ukraine......needs to be directly between the countries. Then we would have to sell our fighters to Poland......and they would be without air while they are learning how to fly our planes.

Tricky situation for sure. For the life of me, I don't understand why Poland and the US spoke of jets in public. Seems like Ukraine pilots could have picked them up in Poland and flew them literally under the radar and both countries could deny any involvement IF Russia even found out
Agreed. There were several experts and media outlets that came out with the story. Biden didn't want it out in the open but there's no way it was going to stay quiet. Then the poles spoke up.
Need to find a way to make it happen. Don't think this issue would start WW3.
