20- 7 on the glass edge for UCLA is biggest key for them being right there, despite 9 turnovers and Purdue shooting 60% from the field.

Boilers need a big burst to start the second half.....can't keep getting dragged into a physical tussle in the paint.

Painter gotta go get experienced 4 and 5 man in the portal to supplement this team next year. Soft as Charmin on the glass and interior defense. Yes Jacobsen will help immensely but putting the fortunes of Purdue's season on his shoulders to turn around rebounding and defense is too much to ask. Gotta get better interior toughness.

agree totally, Heide had 2 chances to rebound and to get a loose ball that turned into 2 made 3's for them

looks like a loss to me, they are more fluid and athletic and can shoot on the move, a team Loyer has trouble with
